Ritu Saini completed her Bachelors of Physiotherapy from India in 2005.  After her graduation, Ritu worked in both the Outpatient Department (OPD) and the ICU at the Apollo hospital in India.  While there she treated patients with musculoskeletal conditions as well as critical care.

 

Over the years, Ritu has treated a wide range of patients with varying conditions.  These include Vestibular Rehabilitation, Concussion Care, Pelvic Health, Athletic Injuries and Post-Surgical Rehabilitation.  

 

As a Registered Physiotherapist, Ritu's goal is to relieve patients' symptoms and to improve the quality of their lives so that they can get back to their normal lives and activities of daily living as soon as possible. 

 

Her treatments are focused on a combination of manual therapy and individualized exercises to not only restore health but also prevent future injury.
