Traditional Chinese Medicine

For over 5,000 years Traditional Chinese Medicine has been used as a holistic approach to treating various illnesses and diseases. The focus of Chinese Medicine is to create and maintain balance between the internal body organs and the external elements of earth, fire, wood, water and metal.

It’s simple, Qi (our vital source of life/energy) surges through our body - within our meridians... and when Qi becomes stagnant (through trauma), deficient (through diet and lifestyle habits) or rebels, this manifests as a dysfunction, which impacts your physical, mental and emotional well being.

Throughout our assessment I’ll ask you a series of organ related questions, take a look at your tongue and feel your pulse. Then a personalized TCM diagnosis is formulated based on the pattern YOU present with.

From gut health to mental health, cycle irregularities to fertility, skin conditions to chronic illnesses, TCM can be used in combination with (medicine) or on its own. Treatments are safe for most, and beneficial to all.
